  • What types of sarees do you offer?

    We provide Kanchipuram Pure Silk, Vegan Silk, Vegan Raw Silk, Vegan Comfort, Bridal Sarees, Soft Silks, Silk Blended Sarees, Contemporary Silk Sarees, Brocade Silk Sarees, and Tissue Silk Sarees all thoughtfully curated and crafted with heritage and care.
  • Are blouse pieces included with all sarees?

    Yes, most sarees come with an unstitched blouse piece unless specified otherwise in the product description.
  • Can I request finishing services like fall and pico?

    This service is not currently available.
  • Will the color of the saree match what I see online?

    We do our best to capture true colors under natural lighting, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.
  • Do you offer stitched blouses or customization?

  • Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

    Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most PIN codes across India through our reliable courier partners.
  • Do you offer free shipping within India?

    Yes! Domestic shipping is free of charge across India, with no minimum order value.
  • Do you ship internationally?

    Absolutely. We ship worldwide, and international shipping charges are calculated based on actual transportation costs. You’ll see the final amount during checkout.
  • How long does delivery take?

    Within India: 3–7 business days International: 7–14 business days (location dependent) Once shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.
  • Can I track my order?

    Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll be able to see the tracking LR number in your “My Orders” page.
  • What if my PIN code is unserviceable?

    If your PIN code isn’t serviceable for COD, you can still prepay securely, and we’ll ensure delivery through our trusted courier partners.

    Yes, we currently accept returns and exchanges as per our company policy. Please refer to our “Return Policy” page for full details.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled before the shipment is done and it usually takes 3 to 7 business days .Post that, cancellations aren’t possible as the order enters processing.
  • My order was damaged. What should I do?

    We work with trusted partners like Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, Blue Dart, India Post, and others(Domestic) and DHL (international)—each handling packages with care and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Is there a Fair Usage Policy for returns or cancellations?

    Yes. To maintain a smooth experience for all our customers, accounts showing repeated misuse (frequent cancellations, returns, refusals) may lose access to services like COD or free shipping.
